  • Courier Service: We make use of various 3rd party courier companies to deliver your package to you. Rest assured, we only make use of reputable couriers, so we know your precious cargo is in good hands!
  • Discreet Packaging: All our orders are discreetly packed in unmarked boxes before being placed inside standard, non-transparent courier bags. We do not use any ‘My Pleasure’ branding on our packaging, and even the waybill does not show our company name. This means that no one will know where your package is from, even the courier!
  • Shipping Cost: We offer a flat fee of R60 for delivery anywhere within South Africa. This cost will be added to your total upon check out.
  • Delivery Time: Delivery generally takes between 3-6 working days. You will receive an email from us once your order has been processed and booked with the relevant courier company, after which the courier will keep you updated on what date the delivery will take place.
  • Accepting Delivery: Delivery must take place in person, so please make sure there is someone available at the delivery address on the day of delivery. Remember that our packaging is so discreet you can have it delivered to your work address.
  • Order Tracking: You will receive a waybill number from the courier that you can use to track your parcel with them directly. If you do have any issues or need further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.
  • International Delivery: Currently we only deliver within the beautiful borders of South Africa. So, if you do see something on our website that you absolutely can’t live without, you’ll have to phone a friend in SA who can accept the delivery and post it on to you!
