Is my order going to be as discreet as a secret admirer note?
Oh, honey, we know discretion is key. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked boxes, inside of a regular courier bag, so your neighbours, housemates or family members will not know a thing!
Will My Pleasure’s company name show on the waybill or the courier’s paperwork?
Darling, your secret is safe with us. Even though we trade under the name “My Pleasure”, we do not use this on any paperwork with the courier, or any other 3rd party for that matter. An alias name is used to avoid any embarrassing moments when accepting your parcel.
What about my bank statements?
Not a chance! Your bank statement will be as mysterious as a good romance novel as only our alias will be used – your secrets are safe with us!
How much is the shipping / delivery fee?
Shipping with My Pleasure is as easy as a sexy Sunday morning! We charge a flat fee of R60 for delivery anywhere within South Africa. No hidden charges or surprises – just pure pleasure for you and your bank account!
When will my package arrive, can I start counting down the days?
You sure can, hun! Your package will be knocking on your door within 3-6 business days. It’s like your own little countdown to a fabulous delivery day!
Oops, I changed my mind! Can I return my purchase?
We get it – sometimes we change our minds for no reason at all! Unfortunately, due to the intimate nature of our products, and the intimate places they venture to, we cannot accept any returns on our products. Even unused products will not be accepted as it is impossible for us to guarantee the packaging has not been opened or tampered with. This is for the health and safety of all our valued customers.
What do I do if my toy is faulty?
All our toys come with a 1 Year Warranty from the manufacturer, and we will gladly repair or replace any faulty toy within one year from the date it was purchased.
If your toy is faulty within 1 week of the purchase date, we will immediately collect it and send you a replacement. Get in touch with us on email as soon as your toy has any problems.

Do you deliver outside of South Africa?
Local is lekker! We only deliver within our beautiful South Africa for now.
