Returns on Non-Faulty Products

We get it – sometimes we change our minds for absolutely no reason at all 😊 Unfortunately, due to the intimate nature of our products, we are unable to accept any returns on goods purchased from our website, even if they are unopened & unused.

Our commitment to your safety is paramount, and because we would not be able to guarantee the packaging has not been tampered with, we must adhere to a strict no-return policy on non-faulty items. The is in the best interest of all our customers.

My Pleasure’s returns policy is in line with the Consumer Protection Act, Section 20(3)(a), that states goods that may affect public health and safety cannot be returned after purchase.

Faulty Products

In the event that your intimate toy is faulty we will do our very best to rectify the situation as quickly as possible!

If you find your intimate toy to be faulty within 1 week from the date of purchase, we will immediately collect the faulty item and send you a replacement at no additional cost.

All our products come with a 1-year warranty from the manufacturer. In the rare event that a fault arises within this period, we will gladly repair or replace your product after a thorough assessment has been conducted.
